About FC - GROUP

Founded in 1993, the company builds on its 30 years of experience by developing new applications and standards needed to deliver superior results and customer satisfaction. With a wide range of mastered technologies and the advantage of in-house component manufacturing, we are able to produce a variety of devices and automated machines. With our experience and developments in automation, we offer our customers turnkey solutions tailored to their specialised production needs.

Success will always come through hard work and development.

  • Almost 30 years after the company was founded, we still follow our motto: ‘Success will always come through hard work and development’. We would also like to introduce you to the technologies we have developed and the turkey automated lines we have built for specific product families.

  • Thanks to our experience, we are still developing and upgrading our modules and standards. The original value of our products is in the collaboration with our customers and other collaborators and researchers. The key to our success is that we have all the necessary feedback from our customers and as a consequence we produce and upgrade automated machines and devices from hand to hand.

  • On the following pages we would like to introduce you to our working principle, the modules we have developed and the different technologies we specialise in. We would also like to introduce you to the many ways in which you can benefit from our expertise.

COMPANY HISTORY

1993

Founding and the start of our journey

  • The FC - GROUP was founded and started to develop and manufacture production lines.

Investment in a production plant - 500 m2

  • The need for its own plant was present from the very beginning and enabled the FC - GROUP to supply more complex and larger production lines.

1999

2010

Investment in a new production plant on another site - 1000 m2

  • The rapid growth of the company and the complexity of the production lines required modern premises that allowed the company to develop further.

Export-oriented company - flexible automation technologies

  • FC - GROUP became an export-oriented company and generated the majority of its sales outside Slovenia through the production of flexible automation technologies.

Introduction of new technologies and additional investment in facilities - 300 m2

  • FC - GROUP upgraded the production of automation components with new technologies such as 3D printing, flexible vibration technologies, etc. and enlarged its existing production facility.

Company digitalization

  • FC - GROUP d.o.o. has been awarded the P4D React EU-Sub-bid for Digital Transformation SME successfully obtained co-funding for FC - GROUP’s Digital Transformation project!
  • As we consider the introduction of digitalisation into our business to be crucial for our growth and development, we decided to to invest in the digital transformation of the company. We will take action in the following six areas: Customer Experience, Data Strategy, Processes and Digital Solutions, Digital People Development Strategy, cyber security and Industry 4.0.
  • The project’s objectives are: to optimise and maximise the digitalisation of business processes, increase the company’s competitiveness and increase market share. Employees will acquire digital competences, which will lead to an increase in the company’s digital culture, as well as an increase in added value per employee. We are also introducing digitally supported energy and material efficient business processes.

  • The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund in the context of the response to the Covid-19 pandemic. (www.eu-skladi.si)
